Introduction
1100 Aluminum Plate is a common industrial Aluminum Plate made of pure aluminum alloy with an aluminum content of 99%.
Low strength and non-heat-treatable
Good ductility and formability, easy to weld, and corrosion-resistant; corrosion resistance can be further improved by anodizing.
Widely used for processing parts requiring good formability and high corrosion resistance but not high strength. Commonly applied in food industry equipment, storage containers, pressure tanks, cookware, and sheet metal processing components.

Applications of 1100 Aluminum Plate

1100 Aluminum Plate is commonly used in radiators, bottle caps, printing plates, kitchenware, building materials, and heat exchanger components. It is also used for storage and handling equipment for food and chemicals, thin metal products, hollow hardware for drawing and spinning processing, and welded wrenches, as well as reflective sheets, nameplates, and sausage casings
Packing & Delivery
1.Standard seaworthy export packing, wooden pallets with plastics protection for the coil and sheet;
2.The other packing can be made based on the customer requirement;
3. Normally, we have four layers of packing: wooden pallets hardboard, Kraft paper and plastic. And fill more desiccants into package.
